How we turn your heritage-building enquiry into a concrete project.
Before we visit, we'll have a quick chat by phone or email about what's needed. Feel free to send us photos of the existing situation, describe the issue, suggest a preferred date. That way we arrive prepared — and know whether we are the right people for your project.
We come to you, take a proper look at the existing fabric, take measurements. While there, we advise on what makes sense — and where we would honestly recommend against doing something. The quote follows from this visit. The visit itself is free of charge.
If you accept the quote, we plan your project and agree dates with you. Some work we do entirely on site, other parts are better handled in our workshop. We tell you in advance what happens where.
When working in your flat we lay down dust sheets, cover furniture and protect sensitive surfaces. Low-dust tools wherever possible. During the working days we keep you updated. You always know what is happening and when we'll be there.
Some things can only be done in the workshop — if a window or door needs to be taken away for that, we fit a weatherproof and burglar-resistant temporary closure. You won't have an open hole in the façade in the meantime.
After installation and final adjustments, we leave the site the way we found it — clean, with everything back in place. Tools, leftover materials and packaging go with us. If helpful, we'll show you how to look after the restored hardware.
Drop us a short note about what's coming up. We'll visit, assess, and get back to you with a quote.
